About me

/ Kamila Pępiak

About me.

By education, I am a political scientist, economist, and educator, which allows me to look at human development from different perspectives – both systemic and individual. Over the years, I have collaborated with leaders and organizations around the world, creating programs that combine practice with the latest trends in professional and personal development. I also collaborate with higher education institutions such as SWPS University, Kozminski University, Adam Mickiewicz University, West Pomeranian Business School, and Merito WSB. I conduct classes in postgraduate studies and MBA and Executive MBA programs, both in Polish and English. My workshops and lectures help students and leaders develop competencies in leadership, communication, and teamwork.

My approach to collaboration.

Every organization, team, and person I work with is a unique story to me. My goal is not only to transfer knowledge, but above all to create space for real development, change, and discovering new possibilities. My approach is based on several key principles:

Customization to Client Needs

I don't believe in universal solutions. I start every project by thoroughly understanding my client's needs, goals, and challenges. Only on this basis do I design programs that are "tailor-made" and respond to the specific needs of the organization or individual.

Practicality and Effectiveness

My programs and workshops combine solid scientific foundations with practical tools that participants can immediately implement in their daily work. I strive to ensure that every minute of training is valuable and delivers real results.

Combining Theory with Practice.

Although you'll find solid scientific foundations in my programs, I never stop at theory. Everything I teach has real application to business realities and everyday life – from managing emotions, through team building, to effective leadership.

Passion and Energy

I work with heart and full commitment. I love sharing my knowledge and experience, and the energy I bring to workshops and training translates into participants' engagement and their willingness to take action.

Interactivity and Engagement

I believe that the best learning happens through action. My workshops are dynamic, engaging, and interactive – they are not boring lectures, but a space where participants co-create content, share experiences, and actively work on their own development.

Building Trust-Based Relationships

My work is based on honesty, openness, and a partnership approach. I care about participants feeling comfortable sharing their challenges and concerns, because only in such an atmosphere can we work on real change.

Supporting Self-Reliance

I don't provide ready-made solutions, but I teach how to find and implement them. My goal is to support people and organizations in developing their potential, so they can operate effectively even after our collaboration ends. I guide and inspire, but I won't make your change for you. I can be your intellectual sparring partner.

Diversity and Openness

Working in an international environment has taught me to appreciate diversity. I collaborate with people of different experiences, from various cultures and with different approaches, which allows me to adapt my methods to very diverse contexts and needs.

My activity.

I have nearly two decades of experience as a business trainer, consultant, and executive coach. Since 2009, I have been running my own company, supporting clients in building competitive advantage based on intellectual capital. I work in a style that provokes thinking and action.

I have over 10,000 hours of work experience as a professional coach, certified mentor, supervisor, and facilitator. I conduct sessions both live and online, collaborating with clients from around the world, largely in English. Additionally, I educate trainers, advisors, and coaches.

I began my professional career as an educator, and then served as a manager and social competency trainer. My education – in economics, political science, and pedagogy – provides a solid foundation for my work.

Most of my clients are achievement-oriented leaders focused on productivity and effectiveness. They collaborate with me because they care about maintaining integrity in their professional and private lives, based on their resources and potential. I support them in developing critical, strategic, and systems thinking skills, providing feedback, improving emotional intelligence, and building functional teams based on their members’ potential.

I am, among others, a Certified Trainer and Partner of FRIS® Thinking and Action Styles, Accredited Trainer of Thomas International TEIQ®, British Council (Academic Teaching Excellence), Certified in Mentor Coaching (MCC) ICF and MasterMindPRO.

I also serve as a visiting lecturer in MBA studies at ALK, ZPSB, WSB, and postgraduate studies at UAM. In May 2022, my book titled “Stop Whining, Say ‘Enough!’ and Start Drawing from Optimism” was published by Helion/One Press Publishing House, which became #1 on the publisher’s bestseller list in the first week after its premiere.
